About ChinaInView
ChinaInView is a travel companion for visitors to mainland China. Features include destination discovery, trip planning, Lens, bilingual cards and AI-assisted on-site audio guidance. It is not a travel booking agent, emergency service or official source of travel permission.
Accounts and responsible use
Keep your credentials secure and use the service lawfully. Only upload material you are entitled to provide, respect other people’s privacy and follow venue rules when taking photos. Do not use the service to interfere with systems, evade limits or infringe others’ rights.
Age requirements, eligibility, the contracting entity and detailed account terms are pending operator confirmation.
AI-assisted information
AI-generated readings, ingredient notes, translations, stories and suggestions can be inaccurate or incomplete. Check important information with the relevant venue, service provider or official source. Audio guidance may interpret rather than authenticate a place.
For allergies or other dietary requirements, confirm directly with restaurant staff. A menu reading or product-label example is not a guarantee that a dish or product is suitable.
Availability and third-party services
Features may require an internet connection and device permissions. Availability depends on device capabilities and external services. ChinaInView does not guarantee continuous availability or current third-party transport, ticket, price or venue information.
Bookings and purchases made with external providers are subject to their terms. Store distribution, pricing and any future subscription conditions will be provided before any transaction. The website preview does not charge you.
Website examples and intellectual property
Interactive website demonstrations are illustrative and do not perform live app recognition, bookings or account synchronization. Download buttons demonstrate the intended store flow until official listings are connected.
Product branding and content are subject to their applicable ownership and licensing arrangements. Do not imply affiliation or reuse content beyond the rights granted by the relevant owner or license.
Consumer rights and final legal terms
Nothing in the final terms should exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The operator must finalize liability provisions, governing law, dispute handling, termination, contact details and any country-specific protections before publication.
